Omnitech InfoSolutions allots 2000 shares on conversion of warrants

Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 09, 2010, have approved the allotment of 2,000 Equity Shares pursuant to conversion of Warrants.
