Setco Automotive allots 8821880 shares

Setco Automotive Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2010 inter alia, approved the allotment of 8,821,880 Equity Shares as Bonus Shares.

The Board also considered Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.127.10, down by Rs.2.60 or 2%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.132.15 and low of Rs.124.10.

The total traded quantity was 21173 compared to 2 week average of 59480.
