Mold Tek Technologies allots 1660000 warrants

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2010, has allotted 16,60,000 compulsorily convertible warrants at price of Rs. 69.40/- (comprising nominal value Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 59.40/- per fully convertible warrants) to Promoters & Non-Promoters Group.

The stock was trading at Rs.108.50, down by Rs.0.85 or 0.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.110 and low of Rs.108.10.

The total traded quantity was 25287 compared to 2 week average of 45362.
