Amtek Auto allots 733254 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 19, 2010, have allotted 733,254 equity shares at Rs 458.64/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 75 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.191.20, up by Rs.1.50 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.192.80 and low of Rs.187.35.

The total traded quantity was 90047 compared to 2 week average of 362578.
