Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2010, have allotted 36,11,111 Equity Share of the Company of Re. 1/- each, at a price of Rs. 18/- per Share (premium of Rs. 17/- per share) on conversion of Optionally Convertible Debenture of such denomination each amounting in the aggregate to Rs. 6,50,00,000 (Rupees Six crore Fifty Lacs Only) to M/s. Susram Financial Services and Realty Pvt. Ltd. (Promoter Group & Lender).
