Camlin allots 71475 shares under ESOS

Camlin Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company, at the meeting held on July 14, 2010, have allotted 71,475 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the "Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008". The shares are allotted at a price of Rs. 16/- per equity share.

Consequent, to this allotment the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company is 6,03,67,850 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.34.45, down by Rs.3.20 or 8.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.25 and low of Rs.34.10.

The total traded quantity was 1015554 compared to 2 week average of 700068.
