Accentia Technologies to consider warrants issue on July 19, 2010

Accentia Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2010, inter alia, to consider issuing 200000 warrants to the Promoter Mr. Pradeep S Viswambharan at a price as per SEBI pricing norms under preferential allottment.

The stock was trading at Rs.292.60, down by Rs.2.80 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.299.50 and low of Rs.290.30.

The total traded quantity was 31785 compared to 2 week average of 34525.
