Mefcom Capital Markets allots 18 lakh warrants

Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 12, 2010, has allotted 18,00,000 Warrants of face value of Rs. 10/- each at premium of Rs. 2.50/- per warrant each to persons other than promoters, on the preferential allotment basis as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

These warrant holders entitled to apply for and obtain allotment of one Equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 2.50/- per share against one warrant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.24.30, up by Rs.1.15 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.30 and low of Rs.24.30.

The total traded quantity was 3198 compared to 2 week average of 26312.
