Suryajyoti Spinning Mills repurchases 7000 FCCBs

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Company has completed Buy-back of 7,000 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) worth USD 7 mn at a discount, from internal accruals of the Company and a fresh ECB loan. The Company has allotted 10,000 FCCBs of USD 1,000 each on February 16, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.25.55, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25.95 and low of Rs.24.80.

The total traded quantity was 4804 compared to 2 week average of 12640.
