Ortin Laboratories approves allotment of 1.5 million warrants at Rs 18

Ortin Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 15,00,000 convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs. 18/- each to the promoters and others on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.30, down by Rs.0.35 or 1.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.30 and low of Rs.17.05.

The total traded quantity was 475 compared to 2 week average of 439.
