Dazzel Confindive allots 8.9 million warrants

Dazzel Confindive Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 04, 2010, has allotted 89,00,000 convertible warrants of Rs. 10/- (face value) to the allottees on preferential basis at the rate of Rs. 10/- per Warrant. Warrants so allotted are partly paid up by 25% of issue price and balance of 75% is payable within 18 moths from the date of allotment.

The stock closed the day at Rs.22.40, down by Rs.0.70 or 3.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24 and low of Rs.21.95.

The total traded quantity was 56971 compared to 2 week average of 99751.
