City Union Bank grants 346000 options

City Union Bank Ltd has announced that the Board, at its meeting held on May 26, 2010, being the Grant Date made a grant of 3,46,000 (Three lakhs forty six thousand only), stock options in aggregate under CUB ESOS-2008 Series II to the employees of the bank in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees Stock Option Scheme and Employee stock Purchase Scheme), Guidelines, 1999.

The stock closed the day at Rs.32.45, up by Rs.0.60 or 1.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34 and low of Rs.32.

The total traded quantity was 410566 compared to 2 week average of 359519.
