Spicejet to raise USD 75 million funds

Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Board of Spicejet has passed an enabling resolution, subject to approval from Company's shareholders and such further regulatory consents as may be required, to raise funds not exceeding USD 75 million through any combination of instruments either locally or abroad.

The stock was trading at Rs.52.15, up by Rs.1.05 or 2.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.40 and low of Rs.52.

The total traded quantity was 856348 compared to 2 week average of 1690996.
