Mahindra Satyam allots 74528 shares on Conversion of Stock Options

Mahindra Satyam Ltd (formerly Satyam Computer Services Ltd) has announced that the compensation committee of Directors of the Company allotted 74,528 equity shares under stock option plans of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,176,231,698 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,352,463,396.00 to 1,176,306,226 equity share of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,352,612,452.00.

The stock was trading at Rs.87.40, up by Rs.0.50 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.87.85 and low of Rs.86.30.

The total traded quantity was 477341 compared to 2 week average of 1673044.
