Manappuram General Finance allots 170192610 shares

Manappuram General Finance & Leasing Ltd has announced that the Sub Committee of the Board at its meeting held on May 11, 2010, have allotted 170192610 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each out of the un-issued capital of the Company as bonus shares to the members of the Company in the proportion of 1 new equity share of Rs. 2 each fully paid up for every one equity share of Rs. 2 each held as on the Record Date.

The stock was trading at Rs.77.70, down by Rs.0.95 or 1.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.78 and low of Rs.76.
