Ballarpur Industries Board declares 15% interim dividend

Ballarpur Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, has declared payment of interim dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs 1.50/- per share on the equity shares of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, February 14, 2007, has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
