During the quarter, our focus remained on translating these investments into execution across the organisation.

Building on the organisational strengthening undertaken over the past year, we have further reinforced our leadership team with the appointment of experienced business and sales leaders. A key milestone during the quarter has been the continued operationalisation of our Centre of Excellence (CoE)-led operating model. Our CoEs are deeply embedded across the organisation, enabling closer collaboration between delivery, solutioning and go-to-market teams while driving innovation through reusable intellectual property, AI-enabled accelerators and standardised delivery frameworks.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on executing our six strategic priorities, People, Process, Productivity, Platform, Partnering and Profitability, while maintaining disciplined capital allocation and operational excellence. As enterprises increasingly accelerate AI-enabled, cloud-first and platform-led transformation, we believe 3i Infotech is well positioned to capitalise on these opportunities through its integrated portfolio spanning Applications, Infrastructure Services, Business Process Services and the NuRe™ portfolio.

The progress made during the first quarter reinforces our confidence in the direction of the business.
