Gemini Communication Board recommends 1:1 bonus issue

Gemini Communication Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Recommended to issue bonus shares to the equity share holders at the ratio of 1 for every equity shares held in the Company.

2. Proposed to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to seek approval of shareholders, inter alia, in respect of the above matters and subject to necessary approval from the statutory authorities. The Date and Venue of General Body Meeting will be intimated in due course.
