Manugraph India Board to consider interim dividend

Manugraph India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 05, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider interim dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07.

2. To fix Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if declared.
