Foseco India Board recommends 60% final dividend

Foseco India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of a final dividend of Rs 6/- per equity share of Rs 10/- for the year ended December 31, 2006, which in addition to the cumulative interim dividend of 120%, brings the total dividend for the year to 180%.
