Nitco Tiles subsidiary Nitco Realities Pvt Ltd expands real estate operations

Nitco Tiles Ltd has announced that Nitco Realities Pvt Ltd (Nitco Realities) which became 100% Subsidiary of the Company, is expanding its real estate operations through special Purpose Vehicle ("SVP") wherein its interest ranges from 20% to 100%. The share of Nitco Realities in the area under development under various SPVs as on date measures approx 5.4 Lacs sq. ft. Out of this, approx 1.60 lac sq. ft., 3.00 lac sq. ft and 0.80 lac sq. ft. is being developed at Worli, Goregaon and Pune respectively. There are also other projects which are in the pipeline.
