Agro Dutch Industries to consider allotment of warrants on Apr 29, 2010

Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2010, inter alia, to consider the proposal to allot fully convertible warrants to the Financial Investors.

The stock closed the day at Rs.21.85, up by Rs.0.80 or 3.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22.10 and low of Rs.21.30.
