Himalya International to discuss business plans

Himalya International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, to discuss the following:

1. To consider and approve the quarterly results for the third quarter ending on December 31, 2006.

2. To consider and appraise the project for the development of marketing network for the specialty fresh vegetables under own brand name.

3. To consider the proposal of marketing through retail chain under the slotting fee programme.

4. To consider and discuss the contract farming program for fresh vegetables and milk.

5. To discuss the various efforts taken by the company to penetrate in countries in the middle east.

6. The progress made by the company in its newly initiated business of trading in imported almonds.

7. To consider the allotment of equity shares on preferential basis to creditors and others.

8. To review the progress in mozzarella cheese Business.
