Raipur Alloys equity shareholders & secured creditors to approve Scheme of Merger

Raipur Alloys & Steel Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay - Nagpur Bench, a meeting of the equity shareholders and secured creditors of the Company will be held on February 15, 2007, for seeking their approval to the scheme of merger of Chhattisgarh Electricity Company Ltd and Raipur Gases Pvt Ltd with the Company.
