Panoramic Universal to acquire 100% of Enya Technologies Pvt Ltd

Panoramic Universal Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2007, inter alia, has approved the acquisition of 100% shareholding in one of the group Companies known as Enya Technologies Pvt Ltd for setting up various projects for expansion. The acquiree Company shall be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
