Chamatkar.Net to allot 6800500 bonus shares

Chamatkar.Net India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2007, has decided to make allotment of 6800500 equity shares of Rs 1/- each as the bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 to the existing equity shareholders appearing in the register of members as on the record date of January 15, 2007.
