Remi Process Board to consider bonus issue

Remi Process Plant & Machinery Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Quarterly unaudited financial results of the Company for the period October to December 2006.

2. Issue of bonus share by capitalizing of a part of General Reserve.
