GMR Infrastructure to raise upto Rs 500 crores

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2010, accorded approval to raise funds upto Rs. 500 Crores through issue of Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.61.70, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.62.70 and low of Rs.61.20.

The total traded quantity was 671098 compared to 2 week average of 736810.
