Denison Hydraulics Board to recommend dividend

Denison Hydraulics India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, to consider the Annual Accounts for the year ended September 30, 2006 and also to consider recommendation of Equity Dividend for the year 2005-2006.
