Transport Corporation Board recommends 15% dividend

Transport Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the payment of Interim Dividend @ 15% (Rupees 0.30 per share) to the shareholders whose names appear on the Register of members on the Record Date to be decided in consultation with Stock Exchanges.
