Champagne Indage to buy 100% of wine business in South Australia

Champagne Indage Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into an agreement to buy 100% of a Wine business in South Australia with a Winery capacity of 3 million cases (27 million litres) spread over 70 acres of land for an undisclosed sum.

The relevant agreement is in the process of finalization and the board has authorized Mr. Arun Shah to conclude the agreement.
