Pioneer Embroideries to consider allotment of 326305 shares

Pioneer Embroideries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 14, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of 3,26,305 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Bondholders upon conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.
