Rishabh Digha Board declares 10% Interim dividend, fixes record date

Rishabh Digha Steel & Allied Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, has considered the payment of Interim Dividend @ 10% for the year 2006-2007.

February 12, 2007 has been fixed as the Record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
