NDTV allots 230320 Shares

New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2010, has made an allotment of 2,30,320 (Two Lacs Thirty Thousand Three Hundred Twenty) equity shares to the eligible employees of the Company pursuant to Employee Stock Purchase Scheme 2009 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.122.10, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.125 and low of Rs.121.

The total traded quantity was 43585 compared to 2 week average of 27963.
