Murli Industries allots 25 lakh shares

Murli Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2010, has considered and allotted 25,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the 4 Share Warrant holders (6,25,000 equity shares each) against the request for the total conversion 5,00,000 Share Warrants out of 60,00,000 share warrants issued.

The Cement Plant (3 MnT) of the Company situated at Vill: Naranda, Dist: Chandrapur, Maharashtra has started its commercial production in the March, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.75.50, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.79.20 and low of Rs.70.65.

The total traded quantity was 235601 compared to 2 week average of 336521.
