HCL Infosystems allots 1090 Equity Shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on March 22, 2010 has allotted 1090 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (at a premium of Rs. 105.63 per shares) to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000.

The stock closed the day at Rs. 134, up by Rs.3.75 or 2.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.134.60 and low of Rs.129.30.

The total traded quantity was 57162 compared to 2 week average of 58107.
