Women Networks Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2010, to discuss issue of Shares / Warrants under preferential issue alongwith other matter.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20.80, up by Rs.0.85 or 4.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21.50 and low of Rs.20.
