Lanco Infratech allots stock options

Lanco Infratech Ltd has announced that (i) under Plan B - 16,05,650 No. of Employee Stock options of Re. 1/- Face Value each to 90 permanent employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries and (ii) 56,890 No. of Employee Stock options of Re. 1/- Face Value each to 10 Independent Directors, have been granted by the Compensation Committee under the Employees Stock Option Plan - 2006, on January 27, 2010.

Further the Company has informed that, 1,82,39,780 Employee Stock Options of Re. 1/- Face Value each have been exercised up to January 25, 2010 and 1,73,09,710 Employee Stock Options of Re. 1/- Face Value each have been Cancelled due to separation of the employees up to a date of January 25, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.53.05, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.70 and low of Rs.52.80.

The total traded quantity was 633668 compared to 2 week average of 1575735.
