Bala Techno Global to consider allotment of 240000 shares on Mar 10, 2010

Bala Techno Global Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2010, inter alia, to discuss and consider, allotment of 240000 Equity shares to the promoters on preferential basis as under, pursuant to the authority given by the members in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 25, 2010.

The allottees incldue City Desk Finance Pvt. Ltd - 120000 shares and Cross Finance Pvt. Ltd. - 120000 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.6.96, up by Rs.0.32 or 4.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.96 and low of Rs.6.64.
