Gujarat NRE Coke allots 631429 Shares upon Exercise ESOP Scheme 2005

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on March 07, 2010, has allotted 6,31,429 Equity Shares of the Company of Rs. 10/- each against exercise of grants by the Employees / Directors of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2005.

The total paid up capital of the Company after the aforesaid allotment of shares is Rs. 496,74,42,150/- comprising of 49,67,44,215 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.87.55, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.89.40 and low of Rs.86.65.
