Glodyne Technoserve allots 13796 Shares under ESOS

Glodyne Technoserve Ltd has announced that the ESOS Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2010, has approved allotment of 13,796 (Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred & Ninety Six) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each to the employees/option grantees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS 06) of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.657.45, up by Rs.19.95 or 3.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.664.70 and low of Rs.643.10.
