Compuage Infocom allots 18 lakh warrants

Compuage Infocom Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2010, inter alia, has after obtaining all necessary statutory approvals allotted 18,00,000 (Eighteen Lakh) Equity warrants to Atul H. Mehta (9,00,000 warrants) and Bhavesh H. Mehta (9,00,000 warrants) entitling the warrant holder from time to time in one or more tranches, at their option to convert the warrants into, and apply for, equal number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 67/- per equity share (including premium of Rs. 57/- per equity share). The aforementioned Issue and allotment has been made in accordance with SEBI Regulations on Preferential Issue.

The stock was trading at Rs.67.10, up by Rs.1.55 or 2.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.67.25 and low of Rs.66.

The total traded quantity was 357 compared to 2 week average of 1385.
