Jyoti Structures allots 32175 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Options Scheme

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated February 25, 2010 has allotted 32,175 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 32,175 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,40,08,830 divided into 8,20,04,415 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.154.45, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.158.50 and low of Rs.152.20.

The total traded quantity was 32167 compared to 2 week average of 93499.
