Great Offshore Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 19, 2010 to consider raising of funds by way of further issue of securities.

The stock closed the day at Rs.421.20, up by Rs.5.05 or 1.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.425 and low of Rs.413.25.
