Birla Shloka to raise Rs 75 crores

Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 15, 2010, has decided to raise limits upto an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 75 crores by way of ADR / GDR, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, etc.

The consent of the shareholders for the same will be taken through postal ballot pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956.

The stock closed the day at Rs.44.55, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46.25 and low of Rs.43.70.

The total traded quantity was 172813 compared to 2 week average of 695455.
