Educomp Solutions allots 30265 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that remuneration committee of the Company on February 15, 2010 has allotted 30265 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,98,61,440/- consisting of 9,49,30,720 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 18,99,21,970/- consisting of 9,49,60,985 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.654.40, up by Rs.3.90 or 0.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.667.80 and low of Rs.643.35.

The total traded quantity was 261918 compared to 2 week average of 336438.
