Avance Technologies to consider conversion of warrants on Feb 05, 2010

Avance Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 05, 2010, inter alia, to allot the Convertible Equity Warrants issued on preferential basis to the various Allottees, who are eligible for the said Allotment in pursuance to the resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on January 12, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.4.83, up by Rs.0.09 or 1.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.97 and low of Rs.4.60.

The total traded quantity was 3295774 compared to 2 week average of 1139410.
