Himadri Chemicals allots 6310000 Equity Shares to Bain Capital

Himadri Chemicals & Industries Ltd has announced that the Share Issue and Allotment Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 01, 2010 has alltoted 63,10,000 equity shares of Bain Capital India Investments, on preferential basis in terms of the special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on January 29, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.403, up by Rs.2.25 or 0.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.409.95 and low of Rs.401.

The total traded quantity was 2597 compared to 2 week average of 17514.
