Pioneer Investcorp allots 27500 Equity Shares

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2010, had allotted 27,500 Equity Shares (on Exercise of Employee Stock Options from "Pioneer Investcorp Ltd. ESOP Scheme 2006") to the Employee of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 22.05/- per Equity Share.

The stock was trading at Rs.49.35, down by Rs.2.35 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52 and low of Rs.49.35.

The total traded quantity was 5572 compared to 2 week average of 19801.
