L&T allots 1502907 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has announced that the Company has allotted 15,02,907 (Fifteen Lakh Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seven only) shares on January 21, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock was trading at Rs.1477, down by Rs.47.35 or 3.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1515.50 and low of Rs.1438.80.

The total traded quantity was 1304411 compared to 2 week average of 377815.
